Coach Fraticelli, a teacher of AP World History at DHS, has been the Head Coach of the DHS Indoor and Outdoor Girls Track teams since 2014.  Prior to 2014, he was an Assistant Track Coach from 2006-2014, and has served as a volunteer Assistant Coach of Cross Country since 2006.  Coach Fraticelli also serves as DHS Strength and Conditioning coach, a position he has held since 2009.  Prior to arriving at Danbury High School in 2006, he was at Immaculate High School from 2004-2006.

  • 3- Time FCIAC Coach of the Year, Outdoor (2015), Indoor (2016-2017)
  • 2-Time Hearst Newspapers Coach of the Year, Indoor 2016-2017
  • Connecticut State HS Coaches Association Outdoor Assistant Track and field Coach of the  Year 2013
  • USATF Level 1 Certified Coach
  • USATF Level 2 Certified Coach in Endurance, Youth, and Jumps

  • 1 FCIAC Conference Runner-Up

  • 1 3rd Place & 1 Runner Up – State Class LL
